Privacy policy
This privacy policy describes how shop.fixmytech.no handles personal data in connection with contact, browser-stored settings, and any future webshop orders. Last updated: March 28, 2026.
1. Data controller
FixMyTech.no is responsible for personal data processed through shop.fixmytech.no. Questions can be sent to kontakt@fixmytech.no.
2. What we currently process
- Information you send directly by email or contact request
- Technical consent state stored locally in your browser for cookie settings
- Basic web request data processed by Cloudflare to deliver the site securely
3. What is not active yet
The shop does not currently run analytics cookies, marketing cookies, customer accounts, or automated order processing. When product checkout and payments go live, this policy must be updated before launch.
4. Legal basis
- Legitimate interest for operating and securing the website
- Performance of pre-contract communication when you contact us about products or availability
- Consent where future optional cookies or similar tracking tools are introduced
5. Storage and sharing
The current site stores cookie consent state only in your browser. Hosting and traffic delivery are handled by Cloudflare. If the shop later introduces checkout, payments, shipping, or invoicing, additional processors such as Vipps and logistics providers will be listed here before production use.

- Request access to personal data we process about you
- Request correction or deletion where applicable
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw any future consent-based processing
- Lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet if you believe your rights are violated
