Terms and conditions

These terms describe the intended framework for sales on shop.fixmytech.no. Last updated: March 28, 2026. Product sales are not yet active, and this text should be revised again before real checkout launches.

1. Scope

shop.fixmytech.no is being prepared as a storefront for refurbished hardware, accessories, and related technology products under the FixMyTech brand.

2. Product information

Refurbished products must be presented with condition notes, practical specifications, and any relevant limits or cosmetic remarks. Availability is subject to stock on hand.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices must be shown clearly before checkout. A future checkout integration may use Vipps or another payment provider, and the final payment terms will be specified before live selling begins.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, costs, dispatch times, and delivery regions are not active yet. These must be published before the first product sale goes live.

5. Right of withdrawal and complaints

Consumer rights under applicable Norwegian law, including withdrawal and complaint rights, will apply where relevant. A complete customer-facing version must be added before transactions begin.

6. Liability and reservations

The site owner may correct pricing mistakes, stock mismatches, and publishing errors before an order is accepted. Condition grading for refurbished products must reflect the actual item sold.
